Crime #1: Alarm and Scandal
Punishment #1: Arresto Menor (1-30 days of imprisonment)
How Committed: By firing your AEG in the streets and other public places in daytime or nighttime, disturbing public peace/tranquility

Crime #2 Tumults and other Disturbances of Public Order
Punishment #2 Arresto Mayor (Medium) to Prision Correctional (Minimum) (2 months to 2 years and 4 months of imprisonment)
How Committed: By firing you Airsoft Gun causing any serious disturbance in a public place, office, or establishment;
or interrupting or disturbing public performances, functions or gatherings, or peaceful meetings, i.e. firing your airsoft gun beside
a church while a mass is being celebrated.

Crime #3 Malicious Mischief
Punishment #3 If the damage exceeds P1,000 arresto mayor (2 to 6 months), if P200-P1,000 arresto mayor (1-4 months), if below P200
arresto menor (1-30 days)
How committed: If you intentionally shoot lightbulbs, window panes, cars, dogs and other pets or such other properties of your neighbors,
SORECO, Barangay, etc with you AEG causing damage to the thing.

ok yan, pra malaman ng iba nting ksama na hindi pa nka2alam 2ngkol sa punishment at kung saan lng pwede gamitin ang ating mga AEG...ska iwasan nting idisplay ung mga AEG ntin sa public...
