How To Fill Up Airsoft Registration Forms. Requirements:1. 2x2 ID.
2. 1x1 ID.
3. Bring Community Tax Certificate and fill up CTC number in the form below.
4. Affix your thumbprint on the forms below.
5. P200 Registration Fee for each Airsoft Rifle or Pistol (springer, AEG, or gas-powered).
6. P100 Notarization Fee.
7. P360 Permit to Transport (good for up to 5 Airsoft Rifles or Pistols and 1 year expiration).
8. Official Receipt from a FED-acredited Airsoft dealer/shop/store.
9. Bring a valid ID (LTO, SSS, Philippine Passport, or Firearms License).
10. Write your BIR TIN in form below.
PNP forms below (using 8.5"x13" long size bond paper) and fill up the required info:Notes:1. Don't fill up No. and date at top right.
2. Under AIRSOFT DATA, fill up:
KIND - RIFLE or PISTOL
MAKE - M4, AK47, G36, M16, M14, M1911, Glock 17, SIG P-226, SIG 552, etc. No need to specify the brand.
CALIBER/POWER FACTOR - 6mm / 550 FPS.
SOURCE - Name of the FED-acredited Airsoft dealer/shop/store on your Official Receipt.
3. Don't fill up anything below your thumbmark on the form above.
Notes:1. SOURCE of AIRSOFT - Name of the FED-acredited Airsoft dealer/shop/store on your Official Receipt.
2. KIND - RIFLE or PISTOL.
3. MAKE/MODEL - M4, AK47, G36, M16, M14, M1911, Glock 17, SIG P-226, SIG 552, etc. No need to specify the brand.
4. CAL./POWER FACTOR - 6mm / 550 FPS.
5. Don't fill up Date Registered and Chief, FED.
After filling up the forms, go to FED in Camp Crame to personally file your application. 1. Have your form notarized there.
2. Ask for a Land Bank SBR (Special Bank Receipt) from the Airsoft section.
3. Bring your SBR and pay at Land Bank inside FED before 3 p.m.
4. Photocopy your forms and SBR.
5. Go back to Airsoft section to submit original SBR and ask when you can get your signed/original Certificate of Registration and Permit To Transport.
